• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Last Pick”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’

• A Last Pick window will appear

• In 'Pick Last Issue/Receive Qty in 1-Sale 2-Purchase 3-Both N-No', the user will select '1'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps software will auto pick that quantity which is sold to party in last.

Suppose,we have sold 10 units of Amlogard 5MG' to 'Ahuja Medicine Centre' in bill no '0000010' and in next bill of same party software automatically picks the quantity as '10 unit' of same item which have been sold to that party in previous bill.
